Boat for Hope

Boat for Hope is a Variety “fun-raising” and fundraising event with many ways for supporters to participate.

Whether donating your time, talent or treasure you can make an impact in the life of a child who has special needs. Be a Sponsor. Get your brand behind a unique fundraiser and see how your support leaves a lasting impact. This year’s Boat for Hope events are ready to cast off in three different locations:

Victoria Boat for Hope
May 30th, 2015
HMCS Malahat and Inner Harbour

Vancouver Boat for Hope
June 13th, 2015
Royal Vancouver Yacht Club and False Creek

Kelowna Boat for Hope
June 20th, 2015
Kerry Park and Okanagan Lake

These one-of-a-kind events bring skippers and pirates together to create fantastic memories for children who have special needs and their families. With the support of volunteers and sponsors this magical

day takes children out to sea for an unforgettable pirate adventure then off to a fun-filled festival on Treasure Island. Not only do we give over 1,000 families a day of worry-free fun but we raise funds so Variety can continue to help kids long after the event is over.

There are many ways to get involved and make a difference in the lives of these special little pirates. Click here to learn more about opportunities to donate your time, talent or treasure!
